Taking pictures of food in our house is quite difficult. As soon as it is ready everyone wants to eat! I’m torn every time as to whether I should lose precious moments to put the fork down and pick the camera up.

This is our ever popular staple ‘Monday night not been shopping yet’ meal. It’s so much more interesting in the Summer as we have tasty things to add from the garden.

Todays additions included: steamed broad bean shoots, podded peas, the first baby courgettes and sliced mange tout. It’s made with carnaroli rice and homemade chicken stock. It’s one of George’s favourites.
