A few images of our trip to North Wales in late August 2010.
Just to keep with the things we make tradition I took the leftover crumble topping from the bramble crumble post. I added an extra spoonful of butter then molded them into cookies and baked them on the oven for 10 minutes.
Bonus oaty almondy holiday cookies!
