I spent Friday at the Seasoned Cookery School on a 'Brilliant Bakes' course hosted by Brendan, finalist in 2012's Great British Bake Off. The day started off very well with a slab of Brendan's homemade granola slice and a cup of tea.

Nothing is easier than gin fizz. I tell a lie, drinking gin straight from the bottle is easier but I am told that it's frowned upon and I should really get a glass. Also, you've got to get your five a day from somewhere, so why not from cocktails?
