New Raised Beds Layout – The Kale is already in
Drystone Bed
The mice and slugs tend harvest everything in here, I hope they don’t want courgettes
Pots of salad and baby veg around the shed
The Sunny Dry Front Garden
This is more of a post for me than you. Hope you don’t mind.
I wanted to document my plans for the garden for 2010 so that I can remember what’s where and what to rotate next year. I can’t put my lovely little wooden plant markers in because Ernie pulls them up, runs round the garden with them and chews them into bits.
This also gave me chance to play with a couple of techniques that I picked up on Pioneer Woman.
Happy Planting!

What a great idea! I just drew out all of my beds in a notebook, but this is a lovely way of documenting each year. I think i’ll try to do something similar myself… thanks!

Wow so clever of you Claire, we’re still too soggy up at the allotment to do anything at all yet

Your garden looks brilliant, mine is an embarassment. We just about manage some badly raised tomatoes.

You are making me real jealous!! I will love to have our own vegetable garden. But we stay in an apartment and this is no where possible until we move out and far away…. But do show me how red spring onions look like! It must be cool!

i’m jealous as well! the squirels in our neigborhood ruin any possibility of us growing our own veggies. i hope you have a delicious bounty soon and you enjoy it for me!
